For an intermediate class, do this without weights or resistance band, for advanced do it with. The usual all over core, hip and shoulder workout. Enjoy!

This can be quite a challenging class if you choose to use light weights and resistance band, or more gentle without, depending on how you are feeling. Focus particularly on hip and shoulder strength as well as the usual core muscles.
