This recording includes exercises which I use in rehab for various foot and ankle problems including ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, tibialis posterior dysfunction, and to improve ankle stability in general. Ideal for running or walking on uneven terrain. Always consult a physiotherapist first if you have a specific injury to make sure to get your exercise prescription right. Repeat each exercise 3 times for a longer workout. Enjoy!
